Greyhound Racing Ireland (GRI) and Shelbourne Park are proud to introduce a major new original production, LEGACY: The Story of the 2025 Irish Greyhound Derby.

This four-part documentary series, produced by GRI, moves beyond race results to tell the deeper story of the 2025 Derby, the anticipation, the pressure, the people and the defining moments that shaped last year’s running.

Across four cinematic episodes, viewers will experience the Derby as a living sporting drama. From the opening heats through to semi-final tension and the emotion of final night, the series brings audiences along to relive the action from one of Irish sport’s most iconic competitions.

Narrated by Ian Fortune, Episode One is now live, check back on Wednesday 25th February for the next installment.
